A public sector industry association was exhibiting at a major trade show. We made sure the right people came to the stall, many of them with a meeting already in the diary.
Most exhibitors promote a stall the same way. Broad reach, a stall number, and a hope that the right people turn up. The result is foot traffic that looks good in photos and produces few business conversations.
The public sector association had paid for the space. It needed the stall to produce members, partners and buyers.
Measure the booked meeting.
We set the campaign goal as meetings scheduled before the show opened, and targeted only the groups who could become members, partners or buyers. That meant manufacturers, original equipment makers, suppliers, buyers and senior industry leaders, around the main industrial hubs and the event city, Chennai.
The on-ground team walked in with a schedule to work from.
pre-registered visitor leads, compared with the previous show
qualified meetings booked before the event, compared with the previous show
of stall visitors influenced by the digital campaigns
